Same goes if you already make your own dough but want to keep some emergency dough on hand. What’s more, Kamut dough is light, highly digestible, and rich in fiber and protein.

STORAGE

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store in the refrigerator, and consume within 3 days, after cooking.

Shelf life: 12 months

Instructions: Place in a tray, lightly brush with water, and let it sit at room temperature for 8–10 hours at 20–24°C. Then, roll out and bake in a preheated oven at 320–330°C for 3 minutes.

Organic kamut WHEAT flour, water, salt, olive oil, dry yeast (ingredients in uppercase may cause reactions in people with allergies).
