The classic Roman pinsa pizza, but in a smaller size, perfect for an aperitif or as a focaccia to serve at the table. Airy, crispy, and hand-stretched, it remains light thanks to its elevated hydration (80%) and slow fermentation.

STORAGE
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store in the refrigerator, and consume within 3 days, after cooking.
Shelf life: 12 months
Instructions: Top as you like and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds in a preheated oven at 320-330°C.
