Same goes if you already make your own dough but want to keep some emergency dough on hand. And the multigrain dough is a delicious and flavorful alternative to the classic base!

STORAGE

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store in the refrigerator, and consume within 3 days, after cooking.

Shelf life: 12 months

Instructions: Place in a tray, lightly brush with water, and let it sit at room temperature for 8–10 hours at 20–24°C. Then, roll out and bake in a preheated oven at 320–330°C for 3 minutes.
